This day is dedicated to exploring joy as a profound experience of being. It opens a space for reflection and lived experience around consciousness, the body, and our relationship with the world. Joy is seen as an inner quality that can emerge from life transformations and moments of awareness, inviting greater presence, openness, and harmony.

2:30–3:00 pm – Happiness in Venice and Integral Human Development

  • Valérie Fert, Founder of Mileva (AI)

A reading of Venice through the Integral Human Development Index, with the support of Mileva, an artificial intelligence designed to serve humanity. This approach highlights the dimensions of dignity, culture, environment, education, work, and social connection. It invites reflection on the conditions of well-being, meaning, and happiness in the city, between inspiration and a laboratory for the future.

3:00–5:00 pm – World Premiere Launch Ceremony of Beacons for a Happier World

The ceremony, led by Emmanuel Mongon in the presence of Prof. John F. Helliwell, marks the global launch of the international guide Beacons for a Happier World, highlighting concrete initiatives that contribute to well-being and happiness worldwide. Leaders from several continents will share their experiences, and the organizations selected for the 2027 edition will be announced.

Sacred Monodies of Hildegard von Bingen Dedicated to the Virgin Mary

On the occasion of Venice's Festa della Salute, Maud Gnidzaz performs Hildegard von Bingen's sacred monodies dedicated to the Virgin Mary in a contemplative setting, creating a space for silence, prayer and deep listening.
